Job Qualifications and Requirements

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our San Francisco office as we scale our marketing team. In this role, you will create and execute online marketing to help grow traffic, leads and revenue.

This is a great opportunity to learn digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, email marketing, as well as marketing analysis in a fast B2B SaaS environment. This is also the perfect time to join the team as we are growing our marketing infrastructure to scale up dramatically – and you will be deeply involved in strategy from day one.
We are still a small team and you will work directly with senior staff and the CEO/CMO.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and measure the performance of paid marketing campaigns. This will include creation of ad copy and design as well as set up of tracking codes and reporting tools for analysis. Platforms used include Facebook, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google AdWords, AdRoll
  • We have a heavy focus on content marketing and SEO, and this role will coordinate with our content marketing team to produce ad material and email campaigns, and make sure SEM and SEO actions are aligned
  • Create and optimize marketing automation flows, including customer and lead nurturing campaigns through Intercom and Salesforce
  • Manage and maintain reports and dashboards as well as carrying out custom analyses as requested on marketing campaign performance
  • Analyze customer and prospect data, as well as the outcome of marketing tests to hone our campaigns and acquisition strategy
  • Help manage our social media strategy

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Self-starter, high-energy with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in Office Applications, with advanced skills in Excel preferred
  • Experience with SEM and SEO a major plus
  • Database experience (MySQL) a plus
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degrees a plus

Compensation
DaCast provides competitive salary, commensurate with experience ($40,000-$50,000, including performance-based bonus), plus full benefits (medical and dental).
