Dacast Referral Rewards Program

Earn Rewards by Referring New Customers to Dacast

The Dacast Referral Rewards Program allows existing customers to earn rewards by recommending Dacast to other companies that need professional live streaming.

When your referral becomes a paying customer, both of you receive a reward.

Who Can Participate

Referrers (You)

• Must be an active, paying Dacast customer
• Account must be in good standing (no overdue invoices, no suspension)

Referees (Your Referral)

• Must be a net-new Dacast customer
• No paid Dacast account within the last 12 months
• Must represent a distinct company or organization

Self-referrals and internal referrals (same company, domain, or payment method) are not eligible.

How the Referral Process Works

Step 1 – Submit a Referral

You can refer a company by:

• Sending us by email:
  • Referrer name
  • Referrer email
  • Referrer account ID
  • Referee company name
  • Referee work email
  • Referee domain
  • Target plan
  • Optional notes
• Submitting a referral via email or the official referral form

Step 2 – Qualification (0–2 Business Days)

Our Customer Success or Sales Operations team verifies:

• The referral is new and eligible
• No duplicate accounts or self-referral
• No violation of program rules

Step 3 – Activation

The referral:

• Signs up on Dacast
• Becomes a paying customer (first invoice successfully paid)

Step 4 – Verification Period

A 60-day verification period starts after the referee’s first invoice to:

• Prevent abuse or churn-driven rewards
• Confirm long-term customer validity

Step 5 – Reward Issued

After successful verification:

• Your reward is delivered as bonus bandwidth credit or a Visa gift card.
• A confirmation email is sent to both parties

Rewards by Subscription Plan

Starter Plan

• $50 Visa gift card OR
• 200 GB bonus bandwidth

Event Plan

• $50 Visa gift card OR
• 500 GB bonus bandwidth

Scale Plan & Up

• $100 Visa gift card OR
• 1 TB bonus bandwidth

Both the referrer and the referee receive the same reward.

Reward Timing & Delivery

• Rewards are issued within 5 business days after the verification period.
• Manual rewards (Visa gift cards, bonus bandwidth) are logged and auditable.

Anti-Abuse & Fair Use Policy

To protect the integrity of the program, Dacast may block or review referrals involving:

• Same email
• Same company domain
• Same payment method
• Same IP within 30 days
• Abnormally high referral activity
• Suspicious patterns

Gift Policy Restrictions

• If your company policy does not allow Visa gift cards: Your reward may be replaced with a charitable donation of equivalent value.

Program Changes & Legal

• Dacast may modify or terminate the program at any time.
• Governing law: US.
• Personal data is processed solely for referral program administration, in compliance with GDPR.
