Player API

Documentation

The documentation below describes our player framework and the different api calls possible. Please read the following before you start: 

• Make sure to visit the section “Getting Started” first.
• Dacast’s HTML5 video player is fully based on THEOplayer‘s technology
• We do recommend to use Dacast’s default player. It is possible to use your own player but please note that not all the Dacast features will be available. 

Any issue with the player API?  Please send an email to api@dacast.com including the API call you made and the error message received. Our engineering team will get back to you as soon as possible.
