Following the launch of JW8 in October 2017, self-hosting the HTML5 player is now only available to Enterprise customers. If you are an Enterprise customer, you should be able to access your license key in your JW Player account.
New Free license customers with accounts created before mid-September 2017 will not have access to self-hosted player files and license keys.
You will find the license key in the left-hand navigation menu, under the Players section when you click on “Tools.”
This license key is useful for embedding the player.

Unfortunately, new Free license customers with accounts created before mid-September 2017 will not have access to self-hosted player files and license keys as per JWPlayer’s FAQ page.

Hi Adnane, I hope you are great. So what you would have to do is to ask directly to JW support. Also, note that if you do not use our player, you won’t have support for the player integration, and you won’t have access to the following features: analytics, paywall, security video (referrer and geoblock), splash screen. Let me know if you have any further questions, and I would be happy to assist you. Have a great day. Best

Hi Sheraz, I hope you are great. I see that you have been in touch with our support team. Feel free to reach us at any time if you need further help. Best regards
