To see your remaining video bandwidth on Dacast, log into your account and click “Dashboard” located at the top of the left sidebar.
Here, you are able to see your current bandwidth, as well as purchase more bandwidth or upgrade your plan.
This is found under the “Data Remaining” box on the top right of the page. To purchase more bandwidth, click “Upgrade” on the right side of the box.
Please note, there is around a two-hour delay in reporting of bandwidth consumption. So if you just had a major event about an hour ago and are worried about your remaining bandwidth, keep in mind that it will take a couple of hours before it’s reflected here.
